La excursión en sí super bien, solo tuvimos un inconveniente en la recogida del hotel en la mañana la cual según la reserva sería Bally's Hotel a las 6 de la mañana (nosotros estábamos en otro Hotel) y nos pedían estar 15 minutos antes, sin embargo, nos llamaron a las 5 de la mañana porque ya no nos podían esperar más, por lo cual pedimos ir a otro hotel para la recogida y hacerlo en tiempo record para alcanzar el bus. El autobús incomodísimo para tantas horas, comida que proveen mala. Para las películas deberían proveerlo con auriculares, no tenemos por qué aguantar una peli si queremos dormir. El conductor (y guía)no quiso facilitarnos una información porque no le dimos la propina que él solicitó

Nuestro guía Julio fue super entretenido todo el viaje. Finalmente no duró 14h sino 15h30 desde que nos montamos en el autobús. Con respecto a la comida, tienes un bollo y botella de agua por la mañana y bocadillo, patatas y agua a mediodía. El paseo por el gran cañón es de 2,1millas y tienes tiempo para hacerlo tranquilamente y disfrutar. Lo recomiendo.

Tenía contratada recogida en mi hotel y me tuve que ir a otro a 15 min. El conductor del bus tenía en su listado recoger 2 personas y teníamos contratadas 3, afortunadamente le fallaron otros viajeros y había sitio. Como teníamos contratado el helicóptero no nos dejaron tiempo para hacer lo que el resto del grupo y se supone que estaba incluido en el tour. Esto de subcontratar a un agente y a su vez de subcontratar a un operador hace que nadie se responsabilice de los errores.

Se nos insistió llegar con antelación al punto de recogida porq el bus no esperaba. Al ver q el bus no llegaba tuvimos q llamar NOSOTRAS en dos ocasiones al proveedor con el coste q supone la llamada, para q nos dijeran q habían cometido un error y nos habían mandado al punto de recogida equivocado y q cogiéramos un uber para llegar al nuevo punto. Perdimos dos horas y tuvimos que esperar pasando frío. La solución q nos ofrecen es darnos 10$ X persona y pagarnos el uber. Muy mal
