I emailed Zach to confirm our pick up time, but no reply. We waited from 6,45pm to 7,20pm outside our Hotel, the Luxor, but no one turned up or bothered to contact us. Our confirmation pickup time was 7,00pm outside our Hotel. Not happy.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have updated the information on the website in addition to making a proper refund.
