It was a great day! Ms. America, our tour guide, did an excellent job of explaining everything and taking care of all details. We almost lost the tour as we were never told that the tour started at 6:30 so we were happy we decided to leave the hotel early and made it. Please remind all tour participants of the change in starting time.

Our driver and tour guide America was excellent. It was a really good trip, we enjoyed it very much. It was a bit chaotic when we arrived to take the trip, the other tour guides where not helpful. Make sure you arrive with plenty of time ahead to find your bus.

Overall the tour was great However The organization of people going on The tour needs much improvement. 2. The original bus that we were supposed to be on had AC issues we were then Taken to the shop of the Charter Bus Company to get on a different Bus As we began our trip myself as well as all the Bus riders noticed this Bus The AC was not working properly From start to finish the ride was Miserable. Bottle water was depleted as the conditions were harsh. Would I recommend. No

The tour guide was really great. Duane was talking all the way and entertaining us telling interesting stories and facts about Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam… He was very patient with a little situation we were involved and managed the best way possible. He also guided us to take the best pictures and be quickly to see all the possible things in the time we had.

The activity was pretty good, and our guide Dwaine was magnificent. But the time into the Grand Canyon was too short. That place is marvellous, so we would have needed more than 3hours to visit it. Today we were lucky because our driver was there early, otherwise the queue for the skywalk would have taken a couple of hours (which is in fact unworthy in my opinion).
