Desde nuestra llegada no sabían cómo gestionar mi reserva hasta dudaron de nosotros; me hicieron enviar por correo al gerente una imagen de la reserva de manera que nos dejaron un tiempo esperando porque no tenían conocimiento de la misma haciendonos sentir incómodos en todo momento
